We have been appointed by Chesham Construction Limited to prepare architectural working drawings to achieve Building Regulations and construction drawings for their site in Kingswood. In addition a private drainage is also being designed by our engineering company.

The site comprises of 1 single detached property of 3 stories and extending to approximately 8,500 square feet.

For Asprey Homes at their site in Lingfield we are carrying out architectural, civil and structural designs including S278 highway design as a requirement of planning.

The site comprises of 18 units consisting of a mix of terrace and semi detached properties and one block of apartments.
